Rijon Charne
Rijon Charne is a fertility attorney at Sunray Fertility Law and co-founder of The FDA Consultants. With a legal background and a passion for the fertility industry, Rijon recognized the need for specialized assistance in navigating FDA regulations.
Combining expertise in fertility law and laboratory operations, Rijon plays a crucial role in offering strategic advice, regulatory consulting, and document support services. Rijon’s commitment to helping clinics achieve regulatory compliance from both a legal and lab perspective is at the core of her work.
Sunday Crider
Sunday Crider is licensed High Complexity and Embryo Laboratory Director with over 20 years experience in the ART and 3rd Party Reproduction field. Having served as a laboratory director for a number of IVF facilities, as well as establishing the first surrogacy firm owned and operated by an IVF Lab Director (The Surrogacy Consultant), Sunday understands the importance of donor process management.
As a co-founder of The FDA Consultants, Sunday shares her experience of regulatory compliance, document and record audits, and policy/protocol creation as a way for laboratories to improve process and ensure patient safety for donor-related cases.
